I recently transitioned out of the military after 12 years, 9 of which were with special operations. Early in my career I was stationed in San Diego, which is where I started surfing, and was immediately and irrevocably hooked. I've surfed much of southern California, as well as the central east coast (NC, SC). Surfing has embedded itself so prominently in my life that it's like oxygen for me; it's more than an obsession, it's a way of life, and I'd love to fuse my passion with my next career.

I can be considered as a waterman, as I practice surf, paddleboard and windsurf. I'm a windsurf teacher. I owned a surf, paddleboard and windsurf school in Thailand. I used to be a spanish teacher for 10 years before working abroad, and also worked in Spain as an Export manager for 6 years. I used to organize skiing week ends when I was a student. I also practice ski and snowboard.
