Catering for 113 suites and 5 lounges with a total capacity of 2703.
Duties involved:
• Support and assist in the delivery of all WRU Hospitality products at the Millennium Stadium
• Support and assist all outside institutions (Live Nation/RABBO/Mardi Gras/Speedway) in the delivery of their Hospitality products at the Millennium Stadium
• Taking clients from initial enquiry through booking, sales and delivery while upselling hospitality products at every opportunity
• Experience of focalpoint, invoicing, EPDQ, contracts, purchase orders, venue master and CRM systems
• Assisting the Hospitality Manager in 360 event delivery from conception to delivery
