I personally boosted revenues by consistently having the highest excursion ticket sales in the department. My team and I managed excursion information and allotments for each cruise through communication with tour operators and Carnival Cruise Lines. We were responsible for the safety of all passengers on excursions and ensuring guest counts were completed upon their return to the ship. We managed and balanced payments to tour operators through the use of our accounting systems and compiled daily reports on revenue gains and losses to help analyze the success of the excursion department. |
