• Managed/led goggle packaging redesign direction/strategies with product managers and directors to expand brand perception to reach the Swim & Aqua Fitness consumer.
- Created three consumer segments: Olympic/Competition, Fitness, Active Recreation
- 4% U.S. growth, 6% global growth + 25% growth in bookings
• Collaborated with Hello Design to redesign the eComm site.
- Managed entire site including visual design, maximizing digital best practices, and improving product images that in turn increased conversion that became the standard

Directed global creative vision and management of the rebranding to redefined the brand in the Outdoor Retailer space, building a strong aesthetic that is recognizably Mountain Hardwear, built on a stable foundation of universally understood philosophies and user-friendly product.

• Led rebranding through redesign of print, video, online, eComm, packaging, website, photography, tradeshow, in-store, retail store design, and interactive media.


• Introduced three new fabric technologies to the marketplace that realigned company into more focused point-of-view as experts on breathability and air permeability.
• Created the conceptual/visual for Alpinist Ueli Steck, Swiss rock climber and mountaineer famous for his speed records in the Alps that focused on moving and user needs, built to serve his lightning strike style of alpinism.
Creative Director Factory Design Labs From September 2008 To September 2010
Provided global creative direction and management of the creative team on The North Face brand and Oakley women’s division.
