Through my time excelling as a Design Assistant at O’Neill Australia I was given the title of Head Women’s Designer. The women’s design team consists of the Women’s Merchandiser and myself and together we are responsible for producing on trend and brand relevant apparel, innovative swimwear and a new range of accessories for our target market as well as a new competitive surf capsule. This has recently included working on the branding, internally and externally, of all categories.
Womens' Deisgn Assistant	O'Neill Australia	From November 2015 To October 2016
At O’Neill Australia, under the title of Design Assistant, I was the acting Women’s Designer, as the Senior Designer was on maternity leave. This position had me working closely with the Head Women’s Merchandiser not only on design aspects, but also production planning. I was responsible for the range direction, trend forecasting, print design, and garment and swim design for 3 seasons per year plus injection ranges and wetsuit capsules.
