I recently transitioned out of the military after 12 years, 9 of which were with special operations. Early in my career I was stationed in San Diego, which is where I started surfing, and was immediately and irrevocably hooked. I've surfed much of southern California, as well as the central east coast (NC, SC). Surfing has embedded itself so prominently in my life that it's like oxygen for me; it's more than an obsession, it's a way of life, and I'd love to fuse my passion with my next career.

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, with a minor in Theatre Arts. Participated in field studies in marine biology at the Hawaiian Institute of Marine Bio on Coconut Island. Member and team captain of CLU's swim team all four years. Worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor from 2009-2013. Asclug programs board commuter representative.
