• After 3-month period, with consistent high performances I was invited to be part of the management team of the flagship store in London.
From Sep. 2012 to Nov. 2012 - White City Store (Westfield)
• Successfully hit last year and budget figures, increasing sales turnover by 15% average. It was the first months this year with positive numbers when compared with budget
• Prepared a presentation to the board with ideas to improve the business
Duties:
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a large retail store and 22 staff
