Design, development and management of internal learning and development programs for lawyers, legal assistants and Business Services staff, including; legal fundamentals, compliance training (EEO and OH&S), commercial skills and finance fundamentals, client service, communication and influencing skills, business development and networking skills, presentation skills, problem solving, group-based mentoring, wellbeing programs and new employee orientation.
