I was the retail manager for several sportstores in Belgium, based in Antwerp. The stores are about 3000 square meters. My job was assist the store managers, evaluate and train them. When one of the stores were not getting the targeted number of sales, I would take over for a while and do an analysis of the problems. I was responsible for everything in the stores going from presentations, to products, to staff training,... I worked directly for the CEO of the company. I have a very detailed knowledge of the working of sportstores, as well as the products (specialized in snowboarding/skiing and surfing)
