Summary of Experience

I have been a deckhand onboard private super yachts for 4 years. This year I had a temporary position as a chef on a sailing yacht doing a transatlantic crossing. I enjoyed it immensely and received excellent feedback and so I took an intensive culinary arts qualification afterwards to accredit my skills as a chef and pursue it as a career.

This was a delivery chef position which required sailing knowledge. I cooked for 11 people, preparing breakfast lunch and dinner for 3 weeks while crossing the Atlantic. This started my career as a chef as I had excellent feedback and advice to continue working as a chef.
Super Yacht Deckhand	Mariette S/Y	From November 2020 To October 2021
As a deckhand I would maintain the boats exterior, serve and deal with the guests, drive the tenders and assist in the general operations of the vessel.
