Key Achievements: ● I managed numerous clients’ social media sites (Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc.) interacting with the community, creating and briefing content as well as proactively reacting to current events to create topical engaging content. ● I delivered day to day management of numerous clients’ pages as well as larger scale campaigns such as the Virgin Holidays #Mojo campaign which attracted 30k+ tweets from followers in the first 30 days and created follow up activity to keep the #Mojo conversation going after launch. ● I worked with my colleagues and clients to implement new processes and best practice guidelines for our clients which helped create higher engagement with posts and quicker responses to queries on the page. ● I created new features for each our clients to help increase sentiment, engagement and increase each brand’s edgerank from insights gathered from regular analytics reports. ● I wrote regular analytics reports for each of our clients to help validate (or not) our methodology and highlight both successes and areas for improvement with the pages. ● I used Hootsuite, Sysomos, Facebook Insights as well as our clients’ own insight tools to deliver content, results and insight.

Key Achievements: ● I managed digital, social media and offline projects for MINI UK. ● I took charge of managing the MINI UK Facebook page and helped them launch their twitter page. ● I worked with my client to create engaging content, promoted posts and Facebook ads with the aim to grow MINI UK’s Facebook fans from approx. 35k to over 100k in less than 12 months. ● In the time I was responsible for the page (December 2011 until December 2013) all metrics for engagement for posts increased and through working with my colleagues and client started to introduce real strategic changes on MINI UK’s social sites. ● I delivered campaigns around the Olympics (which the BMW Group were sponsoring), events such as MINI United as well as exclusive social content and competitions around Mini MINIs. ● As an AE and AM I also was heavily involved in the financial management of clients’ accounts, managing of creative and production timescales as well as the budgeting and paying of third party suppliers. ● I also ran projects for DHL and NetJets.
