• Create, update and publish several reports tracking Sales & Availability on product used in Marketing and Advertising. E.g. Womenswear product used in latest Vogue publication and Christmas TV advert or Menswear GQ publications
• Liaise with the Event Development Manager, Marketing, Traders, Supply Chain, Buyers and Merchandisers about upcoming advertised events, pre-launch preparation and post launch sales and availability tracking. Cover weekly meetings in managements absence
• Set up and distribute weekly Marketing Meeting reports and agenda for Women’s and Men’s business units, post meeting - notes and actions to be emailed
• Consistent in beating year on year sales floor availability targets for launch
• Provide the Head of GM Central Planning with daily updates on sales and stock availability statistics for current advertised events, external press, seasonal business top lines and in-store promotions
Administration Assistant Marks & Spencer From October 2011 To November 2013
• Use a variety of software daily such as SAS, SAP, Contracts and Department Flow to extract data and set up reports
• Provide weekly reports to GM Directors on Sales, Made Stock and Negative Intakes
• Upload all purchase orders for every business department across Marks & Spencer Head Office within 1 hour daily
• Organise and book meeting rooms, video and phone line set ups for the Central Planning team.
Production Assistant Billabong GSM Operations From January 2011 To July 2011
• Enter and maintain design list/AS400 with all relevant information, style numbers, fabric code, content, supplier, SKU’s, formulas, minors, sub divisions etc
• Set up and update all production tracking files required
• Liaise with purchasing department for purchase order to be created for each supplier
• Set up Distribution Lists and advise of purchase order numbers for samples
• Maintain all production tracking files
• Chase suppliers to meet required sample deadlines
• Check invoices and when necessary communicate with suppliers if changes are required
• Assist in maintaining a costing file, upload and download files, add missing prices.
• Open and deliver all mail efficiently to Designers, Personal Developers and Garment & Accessories Management staff. Items received were to be recorded into a excel file for tracking
Administration Assistant Billabong Warehouse From August 2010 To January 2011
• Issue/receive unprocessed and processed stock into AS400 data base
• Entering orders for Billabong stores for 14 + DFO stores in VIC, NSW and QLD
• Invoicing high cost accounts for Billabong stores and other companies under the GSM brand such as RUSH
• Warehouse skills – processing stock from returns, pricing, ticketing, re-packing, pallet sheets, processing LP’s and PO’s
• OH&S team member. My responsibilities include assisting teams in keeping up to 60 staff members safe and up to date with OH&S law standards. I have been involved in the conduct of Billabong head office warehouse OH&S audits.
• Graphic design – I spent a short time splitting the film/art for Billabong menswear T-shirt designs. During this time I extended my skills in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator editing the art to suit the screen printing staff and menswear design
