Summary of Experience

Work includes lesson planning, lesson structure, filming and video feedback to students. Loar also offers a yearly week long surf coaching camp in France. This has increased my communication and technical skills, as well as self promotion and organisation.

I was tasked with revitalising an old website to produce a working e-commerce solution. Over the past year, this has resulted in a like-to-like increase in online sales of 144%. This was achieved on my own initiative through the creation and implementation of diverse digital campaigns across varied platforms (social media, newsletter & website). All graphics were designed by myself, ensuring full integration and coherence of the brand across mediums. I have also been working with Chris, the owner, in implementing Google Adwords campaigns, and been monitoring our Google Analytics data in order to improve user experience and increase sales of particular items. Over the past year, I have also initiated content marketing through the creation of consumer help guides, and monitored competitive activity in order to maximize marketing efficiency.
