I oversee that all of our newspaper’s articles have relevant photography to capture the reader’s attention. I am in charge of organizing the photos that go up online and in print. I work closely with all of my staff photographers in a way that encourages them to participate (which I’ve seen grow since last year). I also work closely with all of my fellow editors to ensure that writers get the perfect, if not better, images that they had in mind.
