I have owned and run my own Marketing/Advertising agencies as well as worked for large international agencies for 25 years. Specialising in Brand Activation I have managed programs that have won many awards including the Gold Globe for the worlds best Brand Promotion for the Victoria Bitter Talking Boonie cricket promotion.

I started CAW Marketing in 1994 and sold the business to the worldwide marketing group Y&R Brands in 2007, having grown the business into one of Australia's most successful brand activation companies. I continued in the role of managing Director for another 4 years before deciding to spend more time with my family and the waves of Victorias West Coast.
