Summary of Experience

At the moment I am a manager in the surf shop, which is a group of the oldest surf and snowboarding company in Lithuania. My duties are managing and motivating a team to increase sales, Furthermore, recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. My duties is to manage of all store operational issues.
But the most important thing to create good vibes and great mood in the store and for customers and for
colleagues. Before managing the store i was working as entertainer.
